The actuating unit activates the device such that the angle of the device is adjusted with respect to a beam (2) in order to displace the center of gyration away from the beam. Two hinge rods (6, 7) are connected together and positioned on opposite sides of the beam and the device. An independent claim is also included for a facade of a building.
