PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an air conditioning control in response to a temperature variation in a cabin accompanying the opening/closing of a roof. SOLUTION: This air-conditioner for a vehicle is equipped with a temperature detecting means 23 which detects the temperature in the cabin, a signal processing means 21 which compensates the detected value by the temperature detecting means 23, air-conditioning controlling means 28 to 30 which control the air-conditioning in the cabin based on the corrected value by the signal processing means 21, and an opening/closing detecting means 26 which detects the opening/closing of the roof. The signal processing means 21 delay-processes the detected value Tinc by the temperature detecting means 23 in response to the opening/closing of the roof which is detected by the opening/closing detecting means 26.
