PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain miniaturization and weight reduction of equipment provided with a metal bellows by enhancing the durability of the metal bellows. SOLUTION: The metal bellows formed of precipitation hardening stainless steel with crest parts and trough parts alternately and continuously formed, has an average crystal grain diameter of 10-15μm, and compressive residual stress of 500 MPa or more is applied to at least the surface of the crest parts and trough parts by surface working.
