PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing plate capable of printing with the same printing line width regardless of locations, in view of the variation in the printing results generated due to the difference in the plate releasing velocity relative to the printing pressure depending on the squeegee sliding position, when forming an electrode graphic with a squeegee by the use of a screen printing plate having a screen mesh made of a fibrous material stretched over the plate frame, and to provide a printing method and the production method for the screen printing plate. SOLUTION: The area of the opening part within a printing area is made continuously smaller from a first side toward the opposing second side. Furthermore, a shielding plate with holes is arranged between the screen mesh in an electrolytic solution and a metal in a process forming a plated film on the screen mesh.
