PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label slip having a good outward appearance and being capable of carrying a large amount of information and excellent in printing suitability in a printer. SOLUTION: The total thickness of the label slip P is reduced by constituting the slip out of a sheet body 11 formed by sticking top paper 11-1 on backing paper 11-2. The top paper 11-1 is provided with a slip piece P1 having the main slip P11 and a separation slip P12 adjoining each other by the medium of an outline cutoff line 13, and an adhesive layer 15 is provided in the back side area except the separation slip P12. The backing paper 11-2 has a release agent layer 25 provided in the front side area opposite to the adhesive layer 15, while a half-cut line 23 having a depth reaching the front side of the backing paper 11-2 from the back side of this paper 11-2 is so formed as to surround the outline cutoff line 13 and an information entry space 18 is provided in the front side area inside the half-cut line 23. Thereby the backing paper 11-2 can be peeled off from the top paper 11-1 with the area inside the half-cut line 23 left behind, so that the slip P can be stuck. The information entry space 18 of the backing paper 11-2 appears after the separation slip P12 is cut off from the main slip P11 and this improves the outward appearance of the slip P, while the amount of the entered information is increased.
