<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of making it difficult to determine whether a game ball will enter a specific area or not and enhancing the attraction by adopting a new winning mode of entrance to the specific area. <P>SOLUTION: A held state releasing member 22 releases a game ball 24 held in a holding member 14 from the held state, and a guiding/holding member 21 holds the game ball 24 released from the held state. A guiding/holding member control means drives the guiding/holding member 21 to project on the rotation trajectory of the holding member 14 and hold the game ball 24 released by the held state releasing member 22, and guides the game ball to the specific winning area 92.
