<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus enabling a user to easily referring to explanation information such as explanation of functions and instructions of an operating method. <P>SOLUTION: A display processing unit 15 displays a plurality of operating screens on a display unit while switching them. An explanation information storage unit 23 stores instruction information data of the operating screen and screen identification information for identifying the operating screen so that they are correlated. An explanation print direction accepting unit 17 accepts an input of printing direction of the explanation information for an input unit 5. An explanation printing processing unit 19 reads the instruction information data stored so as to be correlated to the screen identifying information displayed on the display unit 3 by the display processing unit 15 when the printing direction is accepted from the unit 23, and allows a printing unit 11 to print the read data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
