PURPOSE: A strainer cleaning device is provided to efficiently eliminate foreign materials in a screen without separating the screen from a strainer and to simply discharge eliminated foreign materials to outside. CONSTITUTION: A strainer cleaning device comprises a strainer body(10), a screen receiving part(12), a screen(20), a drainpipe(30), a drain valve(40), and a coupling(50). The strainer body has an oil pipe(11). The screen receiving part is connected to one side of the oil pipe. The screen is formed in the screen receiving part. The drainpipe is connected to the screen receiving part and discharges fluid passing through the screen to outside. The drain valve opens and closes the drainpipe. The coupling connects a drain hose to the bottom end of the drainpipe.
