FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, production of food additives. ^ SUBSTANCE: sapropel of enriched lake is used as prophylactic food additive free of any admixtures and having moisture content of from 90 to 60%. Method involves administering sapropel in an amount of from 10 to 15 g on an empty stomach 15-30 min before eating, 2-3 times a day for 2-4 weeks or 2-3 times a week; after swallowing of sapropel, drinking water or milk in an amount of from 50 to 100 g. ^ EFFECT: wider range of using sapropel, that is, processed prophylactic mineral mud, wider range of mineral food additives especially useful in case of disturbances connected with gastroenteric tract. ^ 1 tbl, 1 ex |
