<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus which has an LED and which can be manufactured inexpensively and to provide a printer. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus includes an LED control circuit 20 having LEDs 32x (x=r, g and y) and a plurality of LED control terminals 22x which cannot drive singly the LEDs 32x for each LED 32x. The apparatus performs wiring relative to the LED control circuit 20, in such a manner that a resistance (a resistance clearly stronger than the resistance of the mere single wiring) of a significant strength exists also between any two LED control terminals 22x relating to the same LEDs 32x, and that current of an amplitude capable of normally lighting the LED 32x flows to the LED 32x when the plurality of the LED control terminals 22x each takes a state for lighting the LED 32x. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
