PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress formation of a solid layer near an interface and to enhance treatment capacity. SOLUTION: The subject extraction apparatus is provided with a barrel part 25 extendedly formed in the height direction of an extraction tower and with an agitation body agitating a raw material and an extraction solvent disposed therein, a first liquid collection part, a second liquid collection part 27, and a foam layer formation suppressing part 61 disposed at least in one of the first and second liquid collection parts, and suppressing formation of a foam layer. In this case, since the suppressing layer 61 is disposed at least in one of the first and second liquid collection parts, a liquid droplet layer can be uniformly formed on the interface S. Thus, droplets 71 will not get large by the weight of the droplet layer, re-gathering of the droplets is promoted, and the formation of the foam layer can be suppressed, even if the solid substance gathers near the interface S.
