PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a rising wall panel simple and low in cost while securing required strength besides reducing obstacles in waterproofing finish. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure for the rising wall panel for mounting the rising wall panels in two upper and lower parts, a fitting 3 is formed of a strip steel member into U-shape in the dimensional relation to be put on a shank of a bolt member 4 for thread-fastening an anchor member 5 embedded in the rising panel. The fitting 3 is provided with first vertical faces 3c stuck to vertical flange faces of L-shaped ruler angles 2, 6, and second vertical faces 3b formed in the position relation to abut on the rising wall panel, so that the second vertical faces 3b are located below a center axis of the shank of the covered bolt member 4.
