<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a center frequency of each band without causing a phase error or an amplitude error. <P>SOLUTION: A frequency of 4,224 MHz as a reference is 1/2-divided to acquire 2,112 MHz as a sampling frequency, and the divided frequency is further 1/2-divided, and three bit value to be outputted 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8 frequency division is decoded corresponding to frequency selection. Using this decoded value as input, a complex amplitude corresponding to eight phase on a complex plane is outputted from a set of non-linear 2-bit DA converter for outputting an amplitude of ä-1.7, -0.7, 0.7, 1.7}, and a complex sine wave is generated.
