<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an invertor circuit hardly causing thermal loss in a semiconductor switching device and hardly generating a noise. <P>SOLUTION: In a resonance type high frequency heating apparatus comprising a DC power source, a series connection circuit having two semiconductor switching devices connected to the DC power source in parallel, a series connection circuit having a primary winding of a leakage transformer connected to both ends of one of the two semiconductor switching devices and a capacitor, and driving means for driving each of the two semiconductor switching devices; a variable dead time producing circuit is provided in the driving means, wherein the dead time producing circuit keeps the dead time constant below predetermined frequency and rapidly increases the dead time above predetermined frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
