PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball joint structure capable of being easily assembled by dispensing with large-scale devices and improving the workability in connecting a vibration control damper with a brace. SOLUTION: This ball joint structure comprises a ball stud 2 integrally connected with an end part of the vibration control damper D as a connected object, a ball receiver 3 rotatably holding a ball part 21 on the ball stud 2, and a holder 4 connected with a rear end side of the ball receiver 3 for preventing the slipping out of the ball part 21 on the ball stud 2 from the ball receiver 3.
