IMAGING DEVICE AND ITS INTERMEDIATE TRANSFERBLANKET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate transfer body which can be dismantled from a drum and is most suitable for color liquid development. SOLUTION: An imaging device includes an intermediate transfer members 30, 102 and 104 in which a toner image is received from an imaging surface that has a formed toner image and the image is successively transferred. The intermediate transfer members 30, 102 and 104 include a drum 30 which has internally formed depressions for setting and an intermediate transfer blanket 104 that is arranged onto the drum 30. A transfer surface 109 is provided on one of the surfaces of the blanket 104 to receive the toner image. An adhesive layer 126 is provided on the opposite surface of the blanket 104 as an option and a setting mounting tool 106 is provided, which is mounted on one of the tool 106, which is mounted on one of the edges of a layered transfer member, is assembled into the drum setting depressions.
