PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat replaceable type care chair with two functions as a chair and an easy toilet bowl, and a lifting function allowing a user to freely change the height of the seat surface while sitting on the chair. SOLUTION: The chair has a leg body consisting of a horizontal leg, a pair of fixed guide leg poles fixed to both rear end sides of the horizontal leg and movable leg poles slidably set in the fixed guide leg poles and supported in such a way that they can be moved up/down by a lifting driving device. A seat fixing member is horizontally attached to the movable leg poles of the leg body, and a backrest is fixed to the seat fixing member. The seat and a seat-type toilet bowl are detachably attached to the seat fixing member, so that the seat and the seat-type toilet bowl are replaced with each other. The chair also has raising type armrests on both sides of the seat, and the height of the seat and the seat type toilet bowl can be adjusted respectively by the lifting driving device.
