PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently check disconnection in many analog input channels in a loaded analog/digital converter. SOLUTION: This semiconductor integrated circuit has the analog/digital converter (6), a central processor (2) and a program memory (4), and also comprises: multi-input selectors (PORT1 to PORT8); current setting elements (M1 to M8) provided in each of wiring (L1 to L8) between the multi-input selectors and an analog input pad; and a register (7) which on/off-controls the current setting elements, wherein the setting of the register is performed by executing a setting program stored in the program memory by the central processor and disconnection outside the analog pad is checked.
