PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heterogeneous network line accommodation apparatus, an information notification program and a recording medium which enable a user to receive a MODEM signal from a public network even when an information receiving terminal uses an IP network. SOLUTION: The heterogeneous network line accommodation apparatus is located between an information receiving terminal to be accommodated and a first communication network line, notifies the information receiving terminal of information received from the first communication network line and addressed to the information receiving terminal under communication using a second communication network line. The apparatus comprises: a communication status monitoring means for monitoring whether the information receiving terminal is under communication by using the second communication network line; an information storage means for storing received information until the communication of the information receiving terminal ends when it is under communication using the second communication network line; and a communication means for notifying the information receiving terminal of the information received from the information storage means after the communication end of the information receiving terminal.
