The denitrification of pulverized pig purines comprises desorption in a tower (1), the resulting gaseous ammonia being circulated with air for strong salt treatment in an absorption tower (13). An independent claim included for an apparatus for the process, having a pump (2), a self-cleaning filter (3) and a turbine (7), for production of precipitated sulfate.
