PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box-shaped container with an inner bag, which prevents a spout cylinder, which is formed on the inner bag, from turning together with a screw cap, which is screwed on the spout cylinder, when turning the screw cap, despite of nonbonding of the inner bag to the inner surface of an outer box. SOLUTION: According to the box-shaped container, the inner bag 2 is housed in the outer box 1, and an insertion part 3, from which the spout cylinder 5 of the housed inner bag 2 is projected outside, is formed on the outer box 1. A recessed fitting part 4 is formed on the edge of the insertion part 3, while a projected fitting part 10 is formed on the outer circumference of the spout cylinder 5. The projected fitting part 10 is fitted into the recessed fitting part 4 to prevent the spout cylinder 5 from turning when the screw cap 7 is turned on the spout cylinder 5 for attachment or removal.
