INK LIQUID MIXING DEVICE, INK LIQUID PRODUCING DEVICE, AND INK LIQUID PRODUCING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink liquid mixing device which can mix efficiently in a short period, prevent entangling of both surface floating materials and bubbles at the time of mixing and meet requirements for producing various kinds and different amounts of products.

SOLUTION: The ink liquid mixing device 10 is equipped with at least a discharging port 1 and drainage port 2 at the bottom of a tank 5. The drainage port 2 and the discharging port 1 are connected by a connecting pipe 5 through a pressurizing pump 6. The ink drained out from the drainage port 2 is pressurized by the pressure pump, supplied into the tank 5 through the outlet port 1 and mixed by the flow in the tank 5. The distance from the center of the drainage port 2 to the center of the tank 5 is at least 1/4 to less than 3/4 of the radius of the tank 5. A descending flow-forming board 3 which stirs ink and leads liquid flow to the bottom of the tank is equipped in the tank 5.
