<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensor module capable of properly suppressing electromagnetic noise exerted on a fitting object member while simplifying the entire structure and reducing the cost more than prior arts. <P>SOLUTION: The image sensor module A1 is provided with: a substrate 1 having a front side 10a and a rear side 10b; an image sensor chip 2 mounted on the front side 10a of the substrate 1; and a wire member 4 connected to the substrate 1.
