PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode noise filter having a large filter effect regarding normal mode noise. SOLUTION: Central communication parts 201a, 201b are formed between a core 2a provided with a coil 3 and a core 2b provided with a coil 4, and a gap G is formed between the central communication part 201a and the central communication part 201b. In a normal mode, a current flows into the coils 3, 4 as shown by arrows 12a, 12b, and a magnetic flux line 13a of magnetic flux generated from the coil 3 becomes an annular magnetic flux line passing the core 2a, the central communication parts 201a, 201b and the gap G. Further, a magnetic flux line 13b of the magnetic flux generated from the coil 4 becomes the annular magnetic flux line passing the core 2b, the central communication parts 201a, 201b and the gap G.
