PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information related to a content without changing a display device, a program, or the like regardless of difference of processing capabilities or display capabilities. SOLUTION: An indication of one display mode is acquired in a step S101. When a track display mode is indicated, names of contents are displayed in one hierarchy on the basis of a sequence of content file numbers in a step S103. When a group display mode is indicated, not only a name of a group is displayed in one hierarchy but also names of contents classified into the group is displayed on the basis of a sequence of content file numbers in a step S105. When a group tree display mode is indicated, the name of the group or names of contents are displayed in hierarchies based on a tree structure in a step S106.
