PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack usable as one for vehicle use and advantageous in terms of welding workability. SOLUTION: Of the battery pack provided with at least a pair of flat unit cells B, electrode tabs Ta, Tb as electrode terminals for the unit cell protruded toward a direction crossing a thickness direction of each unit cell B, a connecting member 20 electrically connecting the electrode tab Ta of one of the unit cells B with the electrode tab Tb of another, the connecting member 20 is equipped with an anti-vibration means preventing transmission of vibration between its joint part with the electrode tab Ta of one of the unit cells and its joint part with the electrode tab Tb of another.
