PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap type pencil sharpener wherein a pencil sharpener is attached to a cap of the same shape as that of a pet bottle on the market and a used pet bottle is reused. SOLUTION: A cap type pencil sharpener is characterized by providing a pencil sharpener on a top plate rear so as to conform to a hole for inserting the pencil sharpener for the hole by forming a hole at the top plate of the cap of the same shape as that of the pet bottle on the market.
