PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively store hydrogen into an organic compound so that hydrogen gas is kept into contact with the organic compound. SOLUTION: The organic compound having a plurality of hydrogen storage records including one or two or more times of storage and discharge of hydrogen is used as an organic compound. If the organic compound has records for hydrogen storage, hydrogen can be effectively stored so that storing speed of hydrogen is fast and it has a selective storage function. Stored hydrogen is stably maintained at normal temperature and ordinary pressure as an hydrogen molecule compound or the like, and it can be easily taken out.
