<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system where fuel cells can be efficiently operated on the premises of use of fuel cells in a plurality of households such as a multiple dwelling house. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with a plurality of fuel cells 2, and is provided with a control part 16 for controlling so that when supplying hot water at low load, while hot water is supplied to their households from boilers 3 of fewer than households which use hot water, electricity from the fuel cells 2 belonging to the boilers 3 used for hot water supply, in preference to other fuel cells, is supplied to the households which use electricity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
