<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generating windmill easy of maintenance with a smaller and lighter member installed on a nacelle. <P>SOLUTION: A nacelle plate 6 constituting the nacelle 3 is provided with a spindle 11, a speed increasing gear 12 to be output while increasing the rotating speed of the spindle 11, and a generator 13 to be driven by the output of the speed increasing gear 12. The spindle 11 is connected to the front end of an input shaft 12a of the speed increasing gear 12 via a double row tapered roller bearing 16. The spindle 11 is attached to a wall portion W1 of the nacelle plate 6 via the double row tapered roller bearing 16 so that the spindle 11 is supported on the wall portion W1 via the double row tapered roller bearing 16.
