<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming money management device outputting cash for an amount of money above a handleable money minimum unit and making record about the money below the handleable money minimum unit in a money ticket information storage means such as a portable card member storing a usable money amount as to a remainder of money collected in the image formation money management device and to provide an image formation system constructed of the image forming money management device and an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: A total sum of a money amount recorded in a card and a money amount inserted into a coin vender is calculated (S6), and if the total sum is above a printable minimum amount, print processing is carried out (S7-S14). When a return button is pressed by a user (S9, S16), money matching a quotient, which is found by dividing a residual amount by the minimum unit of money handleable by the image forming money management device B, is returned in cash (S17).
