PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP telephone system which eliminates a talking break occurring at the time of switching an apparatus from a voice call to a TV telephone, thereby enabling switching to the TV telephone while keeping the voice call. SOLUTION: The system comprises a router 400, a plurality of functional units 500, 800 connected to the router 400, and a server apparatus 700 for controlling the router 400 to route the plurality of functional units.
