A method for preparing pumpkin for storage consists in inspection, washing, moisture removal, cutting into halves, removal of the seeds and peels, cutting into pieces, freezing, packing into containers. The pieces are cut into cubes. The cubes are preliminary blown round with dry cooled air, supplied on a sieve in bulk, slightly frozen up to forming an ice crust on the surface of a cube and frozen in freezing chambers. |
