PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive charge type toner which excels in fixability, such as low-temperature fixability, fixing separability and offset resistance, heat resistant storage property, and electrostatic chargeability. SOLUTION: The positive charge type toner contains toner particles prepared by aggregating/fusing resin particles polymerized with a polymerizable monomer containing at least an amino group-containing monomer and coloring agent particles in an aqueous medium, in which the amine value of the toner is 5 to 35 KOHmg/g.
