PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight pipe-like keeper and joint hardware capable of easily carrying out joining of wooden members, and embedded in interiors of joined members after joining so they can not be seen from the outside, and to provide a manufacturing method of the pipe-like keeper. SOLUTION: In the pipe-like keeper 1, an axial slit 1b is provided in a side wall, and a female screw 1c screwed on a bolt 2 is provided in a radial direction orthogonal to a direction of an axis of the pipe-like keeper 1. The joint hardware is composed by combining the pipe-like keeper 1 with the bolt 2. The pipe-like keeper 1 is inserted in a hole of one member, and a tip of the bolt 2 inserted from a hole of another member is screwed tightly in the female screw of the pipe-like keeper 1 to join the one member and the other member.
