METHOD FOR PRODUCING NUCLEIC ACID HAVING A PLURALITY OF OBJECTIVE SEQUENCES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method with which a nucleic acid having the objective sequence in a plurality of times can be synthesized.

SOLUTION: The method is carried out as follows. Rolling circle type replication is conducted by using a primer A having a first non-annealing sequence without annealing with a DNA and a first annealing sequence annealing with a part of the DNA by using the cyclic single-stranded DNA having the objective sequence as a template. A complementary chain of the single-stranded DNA is synthesized by using a primer B having a second non-annealing sequence without annealing with the single-stranded nucleic acid obtained by the rolling circle type replication and a second annealing sequence annealing with a part different from the first annealing sequence part of the single-stranded nucleic acid obtained by the rolling circle type replication. A primer C of a sequence annealing with the first non-annealing sequence of the primer A and a primer D of a sequence annealing with the second non-annealing sequence of the primer B are used to carry out a PCR (a polymerase chain reaction).
