<p>The invention concerns an apparatus for the air-conditioning of buildings, of the type used in both civil and industrial buildings, where there are lots of people, such as public offices, restaurants, banks, gyms, supermarkets, conference rooms, bars and other similar places, where the conditioning of the air in the building is required.
