PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that image deterioration may be caused by affecting a bias output circuit by disturbance of commercial power supply through a heater in a heating member when bias for improving fixing efficiency is impressed to the surface of the heating member or a pressure member. SOLUTION: In constitution provided with a voltage impressing means for impressing bias voltage to the surface of at least one of the heating member and the pressure member so that the bias voltage is impressed to the surface of at least one of the heating member and the pressure member through two or more discharge resistances, a capacitor is inserted between a terminal formed between respective discharge resistors and an earth potential.
