PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving apparatus which is made easy to manufacture and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: A lens driving apparatus 1 has a lens holder 10 holding a lens 14 and a driving means which moves the lens holder straight along the direction of an optical axis 11 of the lens 14. The apparatus 1 has a case 24 where the lens holder 10 and an electromagnetic mechanism being the driving means, and the case 24 is constituted so as to be divided into at least two case dividers 26 and 42, and the two case dividers 26 and 42 have a feed member passage part for pulling a feed member feeding power to the electromagnetic mechanism, out of the case 24.
