PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve wear-resistance at a wear-occurring part in a spring for a vehicle such as a coil spring, tapered coil-spring, leaf spring, etc. SOLUTION: The spring is constituted by providing a metal layer of a melting point of 400°C or lower in the part in which wear occurs in various kinds of springs. The metal layer is formed by depositing solder. A deposited part 4 is formed, e.g. on a contact surface in which the coiling shifts from an end coil part 2 of the coil spring to the effective winding part as shown in the drawing.
