<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid car assuring simple driving operations, capable of lessening the operating ends for the driving operations, and of selecting reasonably internal-combustion engine running and electric running according to the running mode despite by simple driving operations. <P>SOLUTION: A one-way clutch is used to the output shaft of an internal-combustion engine so that no clutch control takes place. A program-controlled clutch is installed between two motor generators. A transmission gear is of planetary type. The motor generators should be two pieces of approximately the same specifications.
