PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system monitor control apparatus for enhancing the responsiveness by immediately coping with an emergency command, executing a command not needing urgency later or omitting wasteful execution of the same control command. SOLUTION: The system monitor control apparatus for giving a control command to a control object system is provided with: an input section for receiving fault/state information being a condition of a control output from a monitor object system; a command reception section for receiving a control command from a remote control command station installed at a remote place and storing the command to a control command buffer as an execution waiting control command; a command execution section for reading the control command from the control command buffer according to a control command execution rule and executing the read control command; a condition discrimination section for discriminating whether or not the condition for executing the control command is satisfied; and a control output section for outputting the control command to the control object apparatus when the condition of output from the condition discrimination section is satisfied. Thus, the system monitor control apparatus can easily cope with the priority of the control commands through the revision of rule setting without revising control software when receiving the control command from the remote control command station.
