PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a C arm type fluoroscopic photographing apparatus to be set in a room with the low ceiling, allowing an imaging system to approach to/retreat from a subject. SOLUTION: A flat panel detector (F.P.D.) front/rear driving part 7 has a sliding means for sliding a plurality of barrels, whose cross sections are of different sizes, superimposed so that the axes are parallel, and the superimposed faces between the plurality of barrels.
