HEATING SYSTEM USING MULTI-SLOT

A uniform heating system using a multi-slot is provided to reduce heating deviation by linearly arranging a multi-slot antenna to load and linearly moving load to the left or the right. A uniform heating system using a multi-slot(33) in a microwave oven used as a hood is composed of a waveguide(32) combined with a magnetron in an electric component chamber and at a side of a cavity(31), a table linearly reciprocating load(35) in a lower part of the cavity, and at least two or more multi-slots arranged to linear direction of motion of the table in the waveguide to adjust phase of incident wave from the magnetron to the waveguide. The gap, the size and the position of the multi-slots are adjusted according to radius of linear reciprocating motion for uniform heating, and the multi-slots are arranged corresponding to direction of microwave in the waveguide and motion of the load.
