A safety fence of a stadium is provided to prevent players from being wounded by installing a safety cover and a cushion to upper and lower sides of a transparent plate and a lower side of the fence. A safety fence(1) of a stadium comprises a fixing unit(10) composed of a combining bar(101) protruded from an upper side and a fixing plate(104) combined at a lower front side and formed with an inserting groove(105), and fixed to the ground or a structure by bolts(102) and nuts(103); a supporting unit(20) composed of plural through-holes(201) formed on the front side, a pillar(200) having an inclined inserting groove in the rear side, and a cover(203) combined to the inserting groove, and joined to the combining bar of the fixing unit; an elastic buffer member(30) formed with plural through-holes(300) corresponding to the through-holes of the pillar of the supporting unit and combined to the front side of the supporting unit; a panel unit(40) formed with a combining hole(401) corresponding to the through-holes of the supporting unit and the buffer member and united to the front side of the buffer member; a bolt(60) of which one end is fixed and joined to the combining hole of the panel unit with passing through the through-hole of the buffer member and the other end is combined with a nut(61) to move longitudinally through the through-hole formed at the pillar of the supporting unit; and a cushion(50) combined to the fixing plate inserting groove of the fixing unit.
