Disclosed is a method for fixing a feed shoe (1) for a filter chamber (12) which can be impinged upon by a medium through at least one duct (9) in the feed shoe (1) and is embodied within a filter press along a separation plane (13) located between a bottom filter plate and a top filter plate (11) that lies thereupon in a flush manner. The feed shoe (1) is partly admitted within a seat (10) that is embodied in the top filter plate (11) and rests on the bottom filter plate when the filter chamber (12) is closed. Also disclosed are a feed shoe (1) and a filter plate (11) for carrying out the inventive method. In order to prevent the feed shoe (1) from accidentally detaching from the top filter plate (11), especially from falling out when the filter chamber (12) is opened, without using separate fixing means, particularly without using screws, the feed shoe (1) is jammed in the seat (10) when the filter chamber (12) is opened. |
