The liquid manure spreader has a guide sheet (1) of trapezoidal shape with a broad horizontal top edge and outward-sloping sides (12) with guide sheets (14). The rear part of the guide sheet (11) curves from near vertical at the bottom to horizontal at the top. A guide head (2) may swing sideways on a near horizontal axle (21) above a nozzle (D) which discharges upward. The curved guide sheet directs the manure into the horizontal direction.
