PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormality from occurring in an elevator apparatus when there is the possibility of occurrence of wide area hazard, without increasing a load on a monitoring center device. SOLUTION: The detected results sent from each state monitoring sensor 5 is taken in by the monitoring center device 6 to determine whether there is the possibility of occurrence of the wide area hazard or not. When there is the possibility of occurrence of a hazard near an area where each elevator apparatus is installed, control data for indicating management control is registered in a reference data area 12 for a district corresponding to the hazard occurrence place and a reference data area 12 for a district corresponding to the adjacent area among the reference data area 12 in a reference data part 13. The reference data area 12 for the district is accessed to each monitoring terminal device 4 at a specified frequency to deliver each control data to each monitoring terminal device 4.
