REFERENCE VOLTAGE CREATING CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage creating circuit in which variation in wiring resistors is corrected in a stage after a semiconductor integrated circuit is manufactured and highly accurate reference voltage can be created. SOLUTION: The reference voltage creating circuit is provided with a resistance dividing circuit 4 creating reference voltage by supplying high-order reference voltage VHref to a high-order input terminal 57a of a series circuit formed of a plurality of resistors and low-order reference voltage VLref to a low-order input terminal 57b via electric wiring and a correction circuit 5a adjusting voltage of the high-order input terminal 57a of the resistance dividing circuit 4 in accordance with a resistance value of electric wiring to expected potential VE1 in synchronizing with a resistance value setting signal CKS1.
