PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost fluorescent lamp securing safety by preventing electric shock without impairing workability. SOLUTION: A lamp body is composed of a U-shaped body and a socket base doubling with an end plate; slits 5 are formed on side surface parts of a nearly U-shaped reflecting plate 3 and engaged with conductive pieces 4 projected from side surface parts of the U-shaped body 1, whereby the reflecting plate 3 is electrically connected to the lamp body 1.
